At AlTerra Retail, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
